Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data may be collected through klimekautomation.pl, why it is processed and the rules governing that processing.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Maciej Klimek. Contact: kontakt@klimekautomation.pl, telephone +48 780 715 881.

Klimek Automation is currently being prepared for registration as a sole proprietorship. Once registered, this policy will be updated with the company's registration details, tax identification number and registered address.

2. Data that may be collected

The contact form and the AI Agent conversation may collect:

• your name,
• email address,
• telephone number, if you choose to provide it,
• company name and industry,
• a description of the business process or problem you submit.

Providing this information is voluntary. Do not provide sensitive personal data in the AI Agent conversation. Conversation content and technical data may be processed by Microsoft services according to the Agent's configuration. Identifying data is processed when you provide it in the conversation or a form.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to respond to your inquiry, prepare an initial process assessment and, where appropriate, prepare an offer. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where a form is submitted on that basis.

4. Service providers

Form data is stored in Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Lists, and processed using Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Microsoft acts as a data processor for these services. The website is hosted by Netlify, which may process technical connection data needed to deliver it securely. Personal data is not sold or disclosed to other parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Data is retained for the time needed to handle your inquiry and any subsequent cooperation, and no longer than until consent is withdrawn or an objection is made, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• correct inaccurate data,
• request deletion or restriction of processing,
• receive portable data,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing,
• lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Cookies

Klimekautomation.pl currently does not use analytics or marketing cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and visitors will receive the information required by law.
