AI with a defined role

An agent that helps people reach the next step.

A Copilot Studio agent can answer recurring questions, collect missing information and hand a case to a person or a defined workflow. We agree on its scope and boundaries before building it.

Define the task, data and answer boundaries first.

An agent should not pretend to know everything. I define what it may answer, which sources it can use, when it hands off and what it must never do on its own.

Possible scope

  • Conversation design and case qualification.
  • Selected, current knowledge sources for common questions.
  • A form or Power Automate handoff where appropriate.
  • Tests of incorrect answers, refusals and human handoff.

Decisions before launch

We review data access, permission to use the information, licensing or usage-based charges, and who will maintain the knowledge. The agent does not replace decisions that require human review.

Assessing value

A pilot with a measurable task.

Test results and a baseline show whether the idea is useful. I do not claim savings before we know the volume and type of questions.

Answer quality

Is the response consistent with approved sources and scope?

Complete enquiries

Does the person receive the information needed for the next step?

Safe handoff

Does the agent recognise uncertainty and pass the case to a person?

My own live solution

The Klimek Automation agent

My bilingual agent on the home page qualifies an initial process enquiry. The conversation leads to a summary and a contact form. The live system shows a complete first-contact path.

First step

Choose one job for the agent to handle.

I will assess whether an agent is the right tool. If it is, we agree on a bounded first version, tests and costs before work starts.
